Women Positioned for Purpose (WPP) is a ministry designed to teach, nurture, and empower women in reaching their maximum potential in Christ Jesus. Our goal is to provide support by attending to the spiritual, emotional, and physical needs that impact every area of life (e.g. marriage, family, relationships, career, etc.) Through our various programs we aim to do the following:

• Assist with the enhancement of a woman’s personal relationship with God and with others through in-house and community activities such as large and small-group fellowships, retreats and seminars.
• Establish groups for encouragement, transparency, accountability, and mentoring.
• Encourage women to develop in the character of Christ and apply the Word of God, coupled with natural and spiritual disciplines, to address life challenges.

Girl Talk: Mini Sessions

Girl Talk consists of quarterly meetings and life enrichment sessions. Girl Talk is designed to gather women for the purpose of hearing specific direction from Elder Desetra Taylor, receiving an impartation and pearls of wisdom for everyday living.  These meetings are often refreshing and they aid in keeping women informed and focused on women’s ministry goals, mission, and future growth. Additionally, Girl Talk sessions focus on personal development through life enrichment classes. These quarterly classes focus on basic skills such as cooking, sewing, etiquette and home/life balance, as well as, specific areas of interest like conflict resolution, relationship building and time management.

Small Groups

Small groups are an ideal way to meet people, have fun and grow as a believer. They create a network of support for women with common needs and interest, assist with building relationships, and focus on spiritual growth. Groups are currently based on age: 18-39 and 40 and better. Within our small groups women engage in various activities focused on sharing experiences, praying, bible study, outreach, personal development, and fellowship (shopping trips, dinner, theatre). Our desire is that no woman within Center for Hope International Ministries is left behind or ill-equipped. The small group environments welcome openness and transparency, in hopes of individual transformation and collective advancement.

Beyond the Veil

Nothing happens and flourishes without prayer!  At the top of each year WPP gathers for “All Night Prayer”, which focuses on women coming together in unity. During the night, we pray for our nation, the body of Christ, those who are lost, and for one another.  There is an empowerment from the teaching of the word of God that provides direction and enables women to walk in their God given purpose.  In addition to our annual “All Night Prayer” event, WPP host other prayer focused events throughout the year that emphasize the importance of spiritual guidance, returning to our first love, and intercession for world change.

100% Changed: A Complete Metamorphosis

100% Changed Program is a discipleship ministry birthed out of the heart of First Lady, Elder Desetra Taylor. 100% Changed equips women with the tools to develop a more intimate relationship with Christ and to apply biblical principles to their lives.
